Our UPVC back door won't open when unlocked and feels like the locking mechanisms are just stuck in the locked position. I have tried replacing the handle but it hasn't helped. The key locks and unlocks but the door won't open at all. I'm looking for someone to fix march 3rd week if possible. Many thanks
